Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary loan for registered members
The interlibrary loan service can be resorted to by any registered member of the library personally on the library premises. If the owning library lays on a shipping fee, the reader has to cover the expenses. The costs of making copies are calculated by the borrowing library, this fee should also be covered by the client. Libraries do not release journals but photocopies can be requested. Libraries have the right to refuse interlibrary loan requests.
In case of a request from a foreign library a prepayment of 4500 Huf must be made, the shipping fee can be paid subsequently. If the requested book is not available then we give the money back.
Interlibrary Loans for other libraries
Any library is entitled to interlibrary loaning if it adheres to the rules thereof. We advise to post requests through the ODR system. If that is not possible or the library has not registered to the system yet, the service can be resorted to via traditional request form or email from any unit of the Csorba Győző Library. The borrowing of books is free of charge; the borrowing library takes full responsibility for the integrity of the document and the keeping to the due date. We do nott lend journals so journal articles can only be copied for a fee. This fee would be invoiced by the Financial Department of Csorba Győző Library at a later date.
